End of stay cleaning

Yes. Guests are required to leave the villa clean and tidy. Complimentary daily cleaning and linen change twice per week included.

Insurance

Guests must hold valid insurance covering cancellations, personal belongings, liability and accidental damage during their stay.

Tourist Climate Tax

The Greek government requires owners to collect a Tourist Climate Tax. This will be collected in cash by your property manager: March–October: €15 per night per unit, November–February: €4 per night per unit
